Went to the meeting in Lyons. It was moltsy about a water park that was being designed on the south side of hwy 66 just east of the town of Lyons. Part of the plan was a connector trail that would eventually hook up to the proposed St. Vrain Greenway East of hwy 93. They had designed a hard surface trail to go from Lyons to 93 along the railroad right of way. They had not considered a soft surface for equestrians which is part of the St. Vrain Greenway plan. Fortunately this is in the early stages of planning. Hopefully in order to get the GoCo funds I suggested they include this as part of the design. I\'ll keep in touch with this.
