Picture Rock Trail to be closed until coonitidns improveBoulder County, Colo. – The Picture Rock Trail at Heil Valley Ranch will be closed beginning Friday, Feb. 24 until trail coonitidns improve.The trail will be closed from the junction with Bohn Park to the junction with Wild Turkey Trail.Staff recommended the closure due to expected warm temperatures over the weekend and recent snow melt. At this time, many locations along the Picture Rock Trail are being impacted by standing water, large areas of mud, trail rutting and widening.Staff will be assessing coonitidns periodically and will reopen the trail as quickly as possible.-BoulderCounty.org-
